Rm180/RM245 FIXED PACKAGES - TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All packages/fixed classes purchased are strictly not refundable. Once payment is made, it is considered final. Please make sure that you are able to commit to all dates of classes stated in the package prior to payment.
• REPLACEMENT: If you are sick and unfit for class, we only accept MC (medical certificate) emailed to us (dreams.dnc@gmail.com) on the same date stated on the certificate, we would then provide ONE class credit into your account to be redeemed within thesame month of the missed class. If we do not receive as stated above, we would not entertain any further negotiation for replacement. We would not provide any replacement in the form of cash or credit, rollover, prorate or transfer of any missed or unused class time or credits, without exception for any other requests/reasons. This includes work schedules, as well as personal emergencies of any sort.
• No refunds in cases of pregnancies OR medical emergencies [ chronic illness ], we would only allow you to transfer your remaining classes to ONE other person and the class credits should be utilized within the validity/or stated dates. NO extension negotiable. Proof of statement in the form of medical certificate/reports are to be emailed to us in the date of issue/within 1 week of the missed class.

CREDITS PACKAGES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All purchases are not refundable under any circumstances.
• Cancellation is possible 24 Hours before booked class. Late cancellation or changes made less than 24 hours will result in the class credit being forfeited. NO negotiations woukd be entertained.
• The package will only be activated starting from your first class unless otherwise stated in tge individual packages. However, unactivated packages will be activated automatically 1 month upon the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the individual packages. (Example: You bought the package in 1st Jan 2019, you will need to start the package by 1st FEB 2019.)
• Packages can be transferred/shared with One  other person and the Validity period would be halved in this case. You may book maximum 2 spots in one class. *only for shareable packages as stated in the details of each package. Please read before purchase.
• Every package comes with validity. Packages have to be completed within their validity period and are non-extendable. It’s the students’ own responsibility to keep track of their package validity. Package validity can only be extended if you have a doctor’s certification to prove that you are physically unfit, otherwise, validity will NOT be able to extend for work, travel, or personal matters.
• All packages will not be able to be put on hold / frozen (ie. extension of validity). The only exception is hospitalisation leave with document proof of medical certificate with no less than 7 days. For hospitalisation leave, we will extend your package validity according to the given amount of days on the document. (Example: You are given hospitalisation leave for 10 days, your package validity will be extended to a maximum of 10 days to the studio's discretion).

PRIVATE PACKAGES - TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Kindly note that for private booking, to reschedule, it has to be made minimum 7 days prior to the event at the cost of 10% administrative fees. Any changes (subject to studio availability) made after will incur a 50% penalty fees. Late cancellation or changes made less than 72 hours will result in full forfeit of the paid private class
• Please be punctual. Late arrival will result in class time deduction and considered utilised. If you are late for more than 20 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel the session without any reimbursement.
• In the event of an unforeseen circumstances, we reserved the right to change the instructor.
• All private classes are fully paid prior to booking. No refunds will be granted after the class has been scheduled.

DREAMS DANCE PLT - GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• We are a FEMALE - ONLY studio, therefore we do not allow male participants in class or in the studio's class vicinity. If you are accompanied by a male friend/family member,  they may drop you off and pick you up at our entrance.
• Students will be rejected into the class if she arrives later than 15 minutes after class has started and class credit will be forfeited. Do note that permission to enter will be at the instructor’s discretion. Studio reserved the right to reject students’ late entry. Studio would only allow entry 5 minutes before your class commence.
• First-timers would be required to fill in a Health Par-Q form and indemnity form upon arrival. If you are below the age of 12, you parents would need to be present to fill up the Consent Form.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances, the studio reserves the right to cancel, change the class types and instructor. *In the event of classes cancelled by us, class credits will be returned to your package with an extension of your package validity of 7 days.

DREAMS DANCE PLT - ETIQUETTES

• Please keep yourself body odour free. Restrain from putting on lotions/excessive perfumes/any substances which may stain or discolour the hammocks.
• Students will be made to exit class for rowdy, inconsiderate or unpleasant behavior towards instructor/staff and students.
• Proper attire is needed  in class. Long legging and tight fitting top with or without sleeves are recommended. Fitted clothes are preferred over loose clothing as it allows the instructor to check on your alignments. NO shorts, hot-pants, attire with zipper, pins, button or any sharp objects.
• No jewelleries or hair accessories/ornaments allowed in any of our classes. You will be asked to remove them if you are spotted with one and please do put them in your bags.
• Please be responsible for your own valuables/belongings and do not leave them behind when you leave the studio. We would not be responsible of any lost/thefts.
• We reserved the right to turn away students who flouted the studio’s terms and conditions and class will be considered as taken.
• In cases of any implication of Movement Control directed by the Government, all packages would be frozen and reactivated once such Movement Control is lifted and the Validity of the package would resume from where it was left off.
