Aerial Hoop

  • MIN 2 MAX 4 pax per class

Apparatus : hanging steel hoop with spinning anchor

Difficulty & intensity level: 3 to 6/10

Suitability: with OR without aerial fitness experience.

Class focus: strength training based warm ups working towards aerial poses on the hoop and further on to spinning hoop. 

NOTE : may not be suitable for those with no prior exercise / fitness class experience
